Natural Play Solutions ensure that each project is an enjoyable and straight-forward process for all parties involved in the process.

Our design process consists of:

1. Initial contact is made via either email, phone or in person, and a brief discussion gives both parties an overview of what is required and what is achieveable in the project. We will liase with yourself (and any relevant third parties) to arrange a site visit at a mutually convenient time.
2. During the site visit, we will provide you with any relevant information about our processes and products, outlining and discussing your options for the proposed project. We will take pictures, measurements and relevant notes about the site so we can ensure we provide a detailed design plan for you. We will also advise you on any planning and/or building regulations which may need to be considered.
3. Using the information gathered from the site visit, we will compile a method statement and quotation for the proposed works. This includes a detailed outline of the proposed solutions, detailed drawings of the solutions, and our quotation for each solution. This may take some time as each project is unique.
4. A quotation is accepted for the project, and we provide you with a start date and an estimated duration for the project.
5. The project commences – we provide you with a brief overview of the proposed plans for construction and our team introduces themselves to you. We keep you informed of the project progress through-out the duration, ensuring your satisfaction at all times.
6. The project is completed.
