Do you offer site visits?
Yes, all site visits are free. If you are thinking about or planning to have one of our timber structures installed, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you on site and discuss your exact requirements.
Will I see the proposed structure layout before construction commences?
Yes, once we have completed our initial site visit, we will use the information, measurements and requirements collected and draw up detailed plans incorporating any site pictures to show you the proposed solution/s and how we envisage they will look on the proposed site. This wil give you an idea of how the structure will fit around any objects such as trees, and if required will provide you with a detailed choice of solutions. Additional site visits can be arranged if required, and the final proposed solution will be discussed with you in full detail before we commence construction.
How long will it take?
As each project is unique this depends on the specification of the project. We generally estimate between 2 – 4 weeks, any timescales with be discussed and agreed in detail to ensure the project is constructed and completed at a time you require – e.g this may need to be carried out during school holidays and completed before children return for a new term.
Will I have one main point of contact?
Yes, to prevent any misunderstandings and to ensure we meet you expectations we ensure each project has a single point of contact. We encourage out clients to get involved in the deisgn and planning processes, and our clients find it much easier and quicker to have a single point of contact that they can email or telephone when required.
Do I need planning permission?
Many of our structures dont require planning permission, however this depends largely on what you are wanting to build, its location, size, height and the use of the structure. We are more than happy to offer advice and support regarding planning.
Will I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, it is out policy to take a 40% deposit before the work commences, with a further 50% during project completion and the remaining 10% balance once the project is completed.
